We offer daycare, boarding, baths, transportation, and field trips, all with 24/7 staff to keep your pet safe and happy.
Our dogs enjoy an open sleeping area (or crates if preferred) and plenty of supervised playtime / daily potty breaks. Plus, our pet transport makes drop-offs easy, and field trips give pups a chance to explore and stay active.

How it works with us

Review Our Services
Click the “Get Started” button below or visit our service page to learn more. We recommend you read our services page carefully to see if we are fit for you and your pets. We do not perform rush meet & greets or same-day services on new pets. Vaccines are needed in our portal called Time To Pet first before we can book.

Apply
After you have reviewed our services and pricing we ask that you send in your application from the bottom of the services page. Once you are approved you will get a welcome email from Time To Pet portal. We must get your pet’s vaccinations in Time To Pet before you book the meet & greet. Please do not book your services along with a meet and greet until we have finished the in-person meeting.

Set up & go!
You will need to set up a profile along with your pet’s profile. After completing, you will be able to request a free meet & greet. After the meet & greet, you will be able to book your desired services. No same-day requests for meet and greets. Meet & greets only happen from Monday to Friday at 10 am and 4 pm.
Our Hours
We are open by appointment from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Weekends are from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Drop-offs and pick-ups for daycare may be set when booking in our portal/app. Holiday hours may vary.
Our partners
Once we opened our doors here at Chicago Pet Club we also started a relationship with Envision Unlimited for adults with disabilities. This partnership allows us to bring in their members for one on one play time with our pups. The members of Envision love it and so do we! “The Chicago Pet Club is a truly wonderful place! They are very knowledgeable about animals and the owners are friendly, kind people. My dog absolutely loves going to daycare and the staff always seem excited to see him. I also use their dog walking service for the days that I work in person. I love how they always take a picture and give me an update. They also do a fantastic job with grooming. My pibble is allergic to everything and has very sensitive skin, but they always use products that are gentle and smell amazing. Most of all, I am excited that they are easily accessible. I can walk there from my house, which is perfect because I don't have a car.”

“So glad this place opened up in our neighborhood! It's so convenient to be able to take the dogs here while we are on vacation, out for a day, or if we just need someone to come and walk them. They offer grooming, so we can add on a bath too. The staff is great, communication is quick and professional. I appreciate that there is a staff member on-site 24/7. We have two older, but energetic dogs and they seem to really enjoy it. They get socialization, plenty of exercise, and lots of attention from staff!”
