Please carefully read through our rates, the fine print, and our location information to sign up by using our form at the bottom of this page. You must have all vaccines along with a negative fecal test that is up to date with your pets. Please have them ready for uploading into our portal called Time To Pet once you have been accepted which will be done by you. All vaccines must be clear with the pet’s name, owner’s name, the date given, and the due date or they will be rejected. No rush or same-day meets and greets.

Our Meet & Greet sessions are an essential part of our commitment to personalized and high-quality pet care. Best of all, they are always free!
To schedule your free Meet & Greet, simply sign up using the form at the bottom of this page. We look forward to meeting you and your furry friend! We offer two spots Monday through Friday at 10:00 am and 4:00 pm each one lasts up to 30 minutes.

Dog Daycare
Half Day - $35 (6 hours or less)
Full Day - $40
Half Day - 1st additional pet rate is $25 and the 2nd additional pet is $23
Full Day - 1st additional pet rate is $30 and the 2nd additional pet is $26
Weekend fee: $5 per service

Extended times are prorated by using daycare service pricing if you exceed the allotted dates & time for boarding.

Service areas are Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Uptown, and Edgewater. Please check with us before booking your first transportation.

New Customer Requirements:
New customers must complete the new customer application at the bottom of this page. A welcome email will come to you from our portal called Time To Pet.
A free Meet & Greet is mandatory before booking any services once you have your Time To Pet profile and will need to be booked in TTP.
Upload all required vaccines in our portal for any dog that is in our facility.
Accessing Services:
After booking, access schedules, invoices, communication, help section, vaccine records, and profiles through the Time To Pet app/portal.
We recommend downloading the app after your registration is complete. It is called Time To Pet.
Book all services through the Time To Pet portal/app; no bookings via social media, email, or verbally. We also call our system TTP.
Cancellation fees: 50% of the entire booking if canceled less than 24 hours in advance for all services you have booked with us.
After one year of no activity on your account with CPC your account will be turned to “Inactive” status. You will need to update your vaccines & conduct another free meet and greet with our staff to ensure your pet can attend services in our space.
Failure to follow our process and procedures means we hold the right to refuse service and mark your account as “Inactive” at any time without notice.
Holidays:
At Chicago Pet Club, we observe and cherish special holidays to ensure the well-being of your beloved pets. The holidays we recognize are as follows:

Please be aware that there is an additional charge of $10 for each service booked on these holidays. This ensures that our dedicated team can continue to provide top-notch care even during festive times. Please note that grooming services are not offered on holidays.
Pet Health Requirements:
Ensuring the well-being and health of all pets at Chicago Pet Club is our top priority. To maintain a safe and healthy environment, we have established the following health requirements for any pups entering our facility:
Vaccinations:
Rabies
Distemper (DHP, DHLP, DA2PP, DA2PPL)
Parvovirus
Bordetella
Annual Fecal Exam:
A negative fecal exam (Required and within a current year window)
These health records can be easily uploaded and managed through our Time To Pet account. It is the responsibility of the pet owner to ensure that these records are up-to-date. Dogs lacking the required vaccinations will not be allowed entry into our facility. All dogs must be spayed or neutered to enter our location for daycare or boarding unless the pup is under 8 months. We must have the negative results from the vet for fecal exams. Receipts are not acceptable for any vaccines.
Daycare/Boarding Drop-offs and Pick-ups (Transportation):
At Chicago Pet Club, we strive to make every drop-off and pick-up experience smooth and stress-free for both pets and pet parents. Please take note of the following guidelines for daycare and boarding:
Operating Hours:
Drop-offs and pick-ups for daycare or boarding are scheduled between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday. Weekends are from 8:00 am to 7:00 PM Saturday and Sunday.
Arrival Procedure:
Upon arrival at our door, please text or call the number provided at 872-234-1972, mentioning your pet(s) name.
Our door is kept locked at all times to prevent pups from reacting to door openings, ensuring a calm environment.
Avoiding Disturbances:
To maintain a calm atmosphere, we kindly request that pet parents refrain from knocking, banging, or pulling the doors at any time.
Our goal is to create a secure and tranquil space for our furry guests. Your cooperation in following these procedures is greatly appreciated. Billing/Invoices:
At Chicago Pet Club, we believe in transparent and efficient billing procedures to ensure a seamless experience for our valued customers. Please review the following information regarding billing and invoices:
Invoice Breakdown:
Each service booked will appear on your open invoice with a detailed line item breakdown.
Transparency is our priority, providing you with a clear view of the services rendered.
Quotes and Estimates:
We do not offer quotes or estimates over the phone, email, or in the portal. You must send us a message in TTP in order for us to attach it to your account.
Billing Schedule:
Billing is set up weekly using the card(s) on file in our system called Time To Pet and is auto-processed on Fridays at 7:00 PM.
Invoices are reviewed weekly, and the system will send a message if the due date is approaching on Thursday at 7:00 PM.
Charges are only applied after services have been completed and are ready to be paid.
Early Payments and Tips:
You have the flexibility to pay early and leave tips within the invoice section at any time.
Declined Cards:
Any declined cards will incur a $5 fee added to each invoice.
Refund Policy:
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
Requesting Services Guidelines:
At Chicago Pet Club, we want to make sure your pet receives the best care possible. When booking any service, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Inclusion of Notes:
When booking any service, it's essential to include notes. For example, when booking boarding, provide the start and end dates with times. This information helps us understand your preferences and requirements.
Booking Time Frame:
Services can be booked up to the start time of the day (7:00 am).
Availability for last-minute bookings is based on our schedule. Same-day or last-minute walks-in are welcome with a message sent in the Time To Pet Portal.
Communication Method:
If you have any requests or changes, you are required to message the Time To Pet portal. Do not communicate any information at our door.
Avoid making booking requests in the notes section of other bookings for any services.
Review and Confirmation:
Send your service request for review. This allows us to ensure that all details are accurate and that we can accommodate your request.
Time Frame Extensions:
If any pet(s) goes over the booked time frame, we will extend your booking request to cover the additional time needed.
The breakdown for Each Service:
Chicago Pet Club is dedicated to providing comprehensive and personalized care for your furry friends. Here's a detailed breakdown for each service. All approved services requested in TTP must have a note and will appear on your calendar in the Time To Pet portal/app. Booking Changes: For cancellations, changes, or moving to another day, please edit the approved booking in TTP along with a note. "Puppies" are defined as 18 months or younger. Any service booked with less than 24 hours’ notice is subject to a $5 fee. The Drop-offs and Pick-ups are scheduled between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. Upon arrival, please text or call with your pet(s) name; avoid knocking, banging, or pulling doors when you arrive.
Meet & Greets:
This happens at our location; instructions are provided in the Time To Pet portal and will last up to 30 minutes.
Dog daycare or boarding pets complete an in-person evaluation with staff. We ask that the pet parents stay outside during the assessment.
Please download our app called Time To Pet in the App Store or Google Play.
Dog Daycare:
Includes up to 1 walk at noon, separate feeding/watering time, playtime, activities, and naps.
Half day is 6 hours or less and full day is 6 hours or more between the hours of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Late pick-ups incur a $10 fee for each 30 minutes after our closing time.
Additional feeding or medications are subject to a charge.
We offer an additional potty break at 4:00 pm for a $5 fee.
Dog Boarding:
Up to 4 walks daily, playtime, feeding/watering, medication administration, socializing, and sleeping. 24/7 - 365 care with the CPC staff
Sleeping options are available based on the pet's needs.
Note: Please only bring the dog’s leash, harness/collar, food in a gallon bag or smaller, medications, or vitamins to our location. We do not accept any outside toys, bowls, or other outside items as they may get lost or damaged. They will be given back to you at the door.
Late pick-ups incur a $10 fee for each 30 minutes.
Transportation:
Set on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not take reservation times and no special requests for drop-offs or pick-ups.
Morning transportation: 7:00 am to 10:00 am; evening transportation: 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and set up the night before.
We only service Uptown, Edgewater, Lakeview, and Lincoln Park.
Grooming:
Prices start at the listed amount and vary based on the time needed.
All grooming services must be booked in the portal with accompanying notes.
The approved time is displayed in the scheduling section. We are a cageless location, so we only have one groomer and one dog at a time. Once accepted, your approved time will be sent via the portal.

Chicago Pet Club values the comfort and well-being of every pup in our care. Due to the intimate nature of our location, we kindly request that during our free Meet & Greets, new customers stand outside. This approach allows us to observe how your pup interacts with our team and other furry friends within our smaller space.
As part of our commitment to creating a calm and joyful environment, we have a policy of not allowing pet parents to enter or be in the play areas. This practice helps maintain the natural behavior of our pups, ensuring a stress-free and enjoyable experience for everyone.
By having new customers stand outside during Meet & Greets, we can better assess how your pup will behave within our location. Our priority is to keep our pups calm, happy, and comfortable, and avoiding external influences in the play areas is crucial to achieving this.
