How it works with us

  • Review Our Services

    Click the “Get Started” button below or visit our service page to learn more. We recommend you read our services page carefully to see if we are fit for you and your pets. We do not perform rush meet & greets or same-day services on new pets. Vaccines are needed in our portal called Time To Pet first before we can book.

  • Apply

    After you have reviewed our services and pricing we ask that you send in your application from the bottom of the services page. Once you are approved you will get a welcome email from Time To Pet portal. We must get your pet’s vaccinations in Time To Pet before you book the meet & greet. Please do not book your services along with a meet and greet until we have finished the in-person meeting.

  • Set up & go!

    You will need to set up a profile along with your pet’s profile. After completing, you will be able to request a free meet & greet. After the meet & greet, you will be able to book your desired services. No same-day requests for meet and greets. Meet & greets only happen from Monday to Friday at 10 am and 4 pm.

We are open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. by appointment only. Drop-offs and pick-ups for daycare may be set when booking in our portal/app. Holiday hours may vary.

Our partners

Once we opened our doors here at Chicago Pet Club we also started a relationship with Envision Unlimited for adults with disabilities. This partnership allows us to bring in their members for one on one play time with our pups. The members of Envision love it and so do we!
